Yin Yoga is an all-levels, very slow-paced style of yoga which incorporates the principles of the meridian systems and five elements theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Yoga Nidra is "sleep yoga". Western science has shown that a 35-45 minute nidra practice is equivalent to 4-6 hours of deep sleep!

My Yin Yoga classes adhere to the 4 Tatvvas of Yin Yoga, which are longer held postures, holding at one's edge (the deepest point of stretch), holding each postures in stillness and releasing each posture very slowly and mindfully. This training offers an extensive emersion into the methodology of Traditional Chinese Medicine's Meridian System & 5 Element Theory, which addresses long-held "stuckness" within our physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies. Yin Yoga is one of my favorite practices as it has a noticeable healing effect after just one class. Hali Love

THIS PROGRAM IS FOR
Teachers whom already have their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate.
Students seeking to deepen their knowledge.
This program can be used as continuing education credits for those who already have their 200 Hour Yoga Certificate through the International Yoga Alliance.

You can expect to leave your Yin and Yang Yoga Teacher Training Program with the necessary tools to teach empowering, heartfelt, yin style asana classes to your students of all ages, shapes, sizes and level of experience.
30 Hour Certification Program $695 USD
ONLINE TRAINING CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Complete your program theory reading/listening assignments.
Complete & submit all Module Tests (Tests are open book).
Arrange 3 x 60 minute Yin Yoga Classes, each with a different theme, with your lead facilitator; you will receive detailed feedback for each class. Classes are to be submitted one at a time.
Upon successul completion of all requirements, you will receive your 30-hour continuing education certificate.
