This 200-Hour Training is designed for those who feel called to guide with softness, presence, and deep listening. Unlike fast-paced vinyasa trainings, this program emphasizes the healing lineages of gentle movement, yin yoga, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga—practices that nourish the nervous system, cultivate presence, and offer true restoration.
This training is co-facilitated by Hali Love and Karen Snodgrass, who first trained together in 2008 and now reunite to share their combined wisdom. Together, they bring over three decades of teaching, mentorship, and personal practice to create a safe, inspiring, and deeply supportive container.
