Practice With Me

 

Practice with Hali Love through a range of yoga, Pilates, and Multi Barre classes designed to support strength, balance, mindfulness, and overall wellbeing. With more than 30 years of experience in movement education, Hali’s approach blends traditional yoga practices with functional movement, breathwork, and mindful strength training. Her classes are designed to help students build strength, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive and accessible way.

Hali is an E-RYT 500+ Yoga Teacher and the founder of a Registered Yoga School since 2007, where she has trained thousands of yoga teachers through internationally recognized teacher training programs. Her teaching integrates yoga philosophy, anatomy, breath awareness, and intelligent movement patterns to create practices that are both grounded in tradition and informed by modern understanding of the body.

 

Hali is also the creator of Prana Pilates, a unique method that blends Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, somatics, classical and contemporary Pilates, and yoga based stretching. This integrative approach focuses on breath, energetic flow, functional strength, and mindful movement to support both structural alignment and overall vitality. In addition, she developed Multi Barre in 2015 in collaboration with a team of experienced physiotherapists and Pilates teachers. Multi Barre combines barre conditioning, Pilates precision, and functional strength training to build muscular endurance, improve posture, and support balanced movement patterns while maintaining a strong focus on alignment and body awareness.

Beyond movement, Hali has studied holistic health and personal development extensively. She has been certified in Ayurvedic Consultations since 2007, has been a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2010, and also holds a certification in Subconscious Restructuring. These studies inform her integrative approach to teaching, supporting students not only through physical practice but also through deeper awareness of lifestyle, energy, and mindset.
