The Multi Barre Method™
The Multi Barre Method™ was developed in 2015 to offer a safe, effective workout for individuals of all body types and fitness levels. Rooted in physiotherapy principles, every movement in the method is drawn from evidence-based rehabilitation exercises and grounded in optimal postural alignment theory.
Unlike traditional barre classes, Multi Barre does not incorporate dance, yoga, cardio, or long dynamic sequences. The focus is on controlled, targeted movements designed to activate and strengthen key muscle groups—expect to shake and burn. While breaks are always welcome, they are not structured into the class.
Each session begins and ends with focused glute work, and the consistent class format allows you to track progress over time. A brief stretch concludes each practice to support mobility and recovery.
