Meditation Facilitator Training
A 20-HOUR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
There are a vast variety of meditation techniques. This training is in what we call: Non-denominational Meditation - meaning it will deepen any defined spiritual connection or faith; rather than interfere with conflicting philosophies.
This training is anchored in The 7 Bodies Method, a curated healing modality created by Hali Love. During this training you will learn over 25 meditation scripts, including both a general Yoga Nidra Script. All meditations are available through a downloadble PDF as well as in an audio recording.

What is Yoga Nidra?
Nidra is a Sanskrit word that translates to “sleep”. Western science proves that a 30-40 minute practice of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 - 6 hours of deep sleep. Yoga Nidra is a blend of meditation and light hypnosis that guides the practitioner through a script that purposefully rests certain parts of the brain, while activating other parts. The result is deep relaxation and healing. (You will receive a deeper explanation in your training!).

The beautiful part of meditation is that it can be practiced anywhere, at any time. As an accredited Meditation Facilitator, you will be able to successfully guide both individuals and groups to experience the power of meditation. This training is for anyone who has a curiosity or love for meditation, mindfulness and for helping others.
You do not have to have any previous experience or certifications for this program.

Certification
Complete all program theory assignments.

Upon successful completion, you will receive your 10-Hour Meditation Facilitator Certificate.
