GENTLE YOGA

This practice supports the release of stuck emotions and stored energies that may be contributing to imbalance, both physically and energetically. Each class is thoughtfully themed to guide a powerful inner experience, and includes pranayama and meditation to deepen your connection to self.
Love’s Hatha Yoga Teacher Trainees receive a comprehensive asana guide featuring over 120 yoga postures, complete with modifications, prop usage, anatomical focus, and the integration of Ayurvedic philosophy. The training also includes all required modules as outlined by the International Yoga Alliance.

PRANA POWER YOGA
Prana, meaning “life force energy,” is the vital essence that flows through all living beings. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this same energy is known as “Chi.” Hali Love’s Prana Power Yoga (Vinyasa) classes are rooted in TCM’s meridian theory, offering dynamic, intelligently structured sequences designed to release tension from areas of the body where energy may be stagnant, while strengthening areas that need support to enhance overall vitality and well-being.
Prana Power Yoga Teacher Trainees receive 50 deeply themed Prana Power Yoga sequences, each including a Posture Lab, meditation, pranayama practices, and more—providing a comprehensive foundation for powerful, energetically aligned teaching.
YIN YOGA
Though considered a relatively “new” style of yoga, Yin Yoga is rooted in ancient wisdom—its philosophy anchored in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which dates back thousands of years. Love’s Yin Yoga classes feature long-held, passive postures designed to access the deep connective tissues of the body, allowing for the release of deeply stored emotions and energetic blockages that inhibit the natural flow of chi (life force energy).
Classes are guided by the Four Tattvas of Yin Yoga: Edge, Stillness, Time, and Release. While primarily still and meditative, some sessions also incorporate gentle yang movement for energetic balance.
Yin Yoga Teacher Trainees receive a comprehensive Yin Yoga Manual, including Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, posture labs, yin anatomy, and more—offering a holistic and embodied understanding of this deeply healing practice.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
The key word in Love’s Restorative Yoga is REST. These deeply calming classes are yoga for your nervous system—an invitation to slow down, soften, and surrender. You’ll be guided through a series of long-held, soul-nurturing postures designed to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainees receive a comprehensive posture guide that includes detailed setup instructions, class theming, meditations, pranayama practices, and an in-depth exploration of Human Nervous System Anatomy—equipping you to guide others into true rest and restoration.
YOGA NIDRA
Hali Love teaches a powerful style of Yoga Nidra known as Integrative Restoration (iRest), developed by psychotherapist Dr. Richard Miller. Grounded in both ancient yogic tradition and modern psychology, iRest is backed by extensive scientific research demonstrating its ability to promote deep rest, emotional healing, and lasting well-being.
Studies have shown that just 30–40 minutes of iRest Yoga Nidra can offer the equivalent of 4–6 hours of deep sleep—making it a profoundly effective practice for restoring both body and mind.

FLOW 44
Flow 44 is a trauma-aware, Vinyasa-based yoga practice designed to build emotional resilience through purposeful movement and breath. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this intelligently crafted sequence targets key meridians and emotional patterns stored in the body, supporting the release of stagnant energy and the restoration of inner balance.
The Flow 44 sequence consists of 44 specific postures, repeated in every class to cultivate a sense of grounded stability and intuitive familiarity. This repetition invites the practitioner into a deeper relationship with their body, breath, and emotional landscape.
Each class offers a supportive, empowering space to explore embodied presence, combining mindful flow with grounding poses, breathwork, and emotional regulation tools. Flow 44 encourages you to reconnect with your inner strength, calm your nervous system, and develop the capacity to meet life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
