YOUR COUPLES RETREAT GUIDE
Hali Love
Hali love is a mother, step-mother and happily living and creating life with her second husband. She has years of post secondary education in psychology and various healing methodolodgies, is an author, coach, yoga therapist and International Yoga Instructor. She is excited to guide you through your Luxury Couples Retreat.
Couples Massage
Included in your experience is a couples massage. Enjoy the hot tub and pool after your massage with the breathtaking view of the mountains over looking the pacific ocean.
You can also choose to add on any of the other soul-soothing spa treatments at Los Altos: Choose from a mani, pedi, indonesian soaking tub filled with flowers!! Body scrubs, body wraps and a deliscious facial menu.

Couples Workshops
Hali Love is a master at creating a safe space for individuals and couples to speak freely. During your workshops, you will hear all couples receive live coaching from Hali - a great value for all retreaters.
Each workshop is designed to renew your relationship by releasing the past and co-creating a releationship that you are. your couple are in love with.
Daily Gentle Yoga
In the jungle shala
Each day you will enjoy a one-hour all levels, gentle yoga class which will include a couples meditaiton. Each meditation will be recorded, and you will have access to them subsequent to your retreat.
Once you register for your retreat, you are welcome to attend Hali Love's Yoga Classes via zoom, live from her studio Playa Negra Yoga!
Access will be provided once you register for your retreat.
Pre & Post Retreat
Before you pack your bags and head to paradise, you will get a consultation call with Hali Love to begin your connection work. All you need for this is either zoom or whatsapp and a journal and pen.
Also included in your Couples Reterat is your post retreat call with Hali Love. The purpose of this call is to follow up with you for your intengration process once you arrive back home.

WORKSHOP 1
LIMITS & IMPACT
Discovering Your Limits, the impact they have, and how to shift them into healthy patters that work for both you and your partner.
WORKSHOP 2
BEING SEEN & HEARD
It is human nature to want to be seen, heard and understood. This workshop is about assessing communication styles and how to enhance your communication style, including the words you choose and also how you listen.
WORKSHOP 3
FORGIVENESS & ACCEPTANCE
During this workshop you will guided through tools that will support any forgiveness and acceptance you need to really move forward. This could be self forgiveness and acceptance, or perhaps forgiveness and acceptance for your partner; or perhaps for a past trauma that happened in your life.
WORKSHOP 4
CREATING YOUR NEW RELATIONSHIP REALITY
This is your final workshop where you will gain insights and ideas on how to create your new refreshed relationship. A variety of tools will be discussed during this final workshop, and you and your partner will leave with a tangible plan to launch you new and powerful couplehood.
