Love blends her years of experience, practice & post secondary education in yoga therapy training, hypnosis, subconscious restructuring, CBT, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to bring more ease into your journey, no matter what your goals are.

During your Yoga Therapy Session you will experience physical, mental, and spiritual practices that aim to bring more ease to your mind, healing to your heart, and bring a balance both strength & flexibility to your physical body. You will also get connected to your core values and soul purpose.

Your Initial 90 Minute Consultation includes:
A discussion on your Yoga Therapy Needs
An experience of a variety of tools that will bring more balance to your physical, mental, emotional and energetic bodies
Your Ayurveda Consutation; which includes your Dosha (Ayurvedic Body Type) Analysis & your Dosha Balancing Tools
A customized Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (Breath-work) & Meditation Practice (recorded for future use)
A list of your recommended mind, body, heart, spirit & soul connecting practices; including how to's, contraindications, & suggested time commitment
Your curated 7 Bodies Method ™️ Program that will provide you with a plethora of emotional healing tools and cognitive re-patterning tools
