Root Into Fall

A 2-Day Boutique Wellness Immersion with Hali Love.

A Weekend of Yoga, Nervous System Regulation & Ancient Wisdom

As summer comes to a close and the rhythm of life begins to shift, autumn offers us an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to what truly matters.

Just as nature begins to root and prepare for a new season, this weekend is your opportunity to do the same.

Join Hali Love from Costa Rica for a transformative two-day immersion that blends modern nervous system education from Western Psychology with the timeless wisdom of yoga.  Hali brings over 30 years of teaching experience and a unique approach that weaves together yoga, somatics, nervous system regulation, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and yogic philosophy.

Come As You Are. Leave Rooted.

As nature begins to slow down and prepare for the season ahead, give yourself permission to do the same.

Join Hali Love for a weekend of movement, learning, reflection, connection, and transformation. Root deeply into yourself, regulate your nervous system, and discover practical tools and ancient wisdom to support your wellbeing long after the weekend ends.

What is Flow 44?

Flow 44™

Flow 44™ is Hali Love's signature yoga methodology, created to cultivate emotional resilience, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness through the power of repetition. Unlike traditional Vinyasa classes where every practice is different, Flow 44 follows the same sequence of 44 thoughtfully curated postures in every class, allowing students to move beyond simply learning poses and into a deeper relationship with their breath, body, and inner experience.

Rooted in trauma-aware teaching principles and inspired by the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Flow 44 combines mindful movement, breathwork, and interoception to create a practice that is both grounding and empowering. The familiar sequence supports confidence, consistency, and self-awareness while encouraging students to observe subtle changes in their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies over time.

Rather than striving for perfection, Flow 44 invites practitioners to return to the same practice with curiosity and compassion, discovering that transformation comes not from constantly doing something new, but from meeting themselves exactly as they are.

Flow 44 is suitable for all levels and is designed to help students regulate the nervous system, improve strength and mobility, cultivate emotional agility, and create a sustainable yoga practice that extends far beyond the mat.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is an accessible and supportive practice designed to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing through mindful movement and breath awareness. Classes move at a slower pace, allowing time to explore each posture with intention while encouraging students to listen to their bodies without judgment. Suitable for all ages and abilities, Gentle Yoga offers a nurturing space to reduce stress, release tension, and cultivate a greater sense of ease in both body and mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites stillness and deep release. Postures are held for several minutes, allowing gentle stress to be placed on the fascia, connective tissues, joints, and ligaments while encouraging the muscles to soften. Beyond the physical benefits of improved mobility and flexibility, Yin Yoga creates an opportunity to cultivate patience, presence, and self-awareness. Through long-held postures and conscious breathing, students are encouraged to observe their thoughts, emotions, and sensations with curiosity and compassion, making Yin Yoga a powerful practice for both physical and emotional wellbeing.

hali love

Hali Love began studying Ayurveda in 2007, immersing herself in the traditional principles of holistic health and wellness until 2010, when her studies naturally expanded into Traditional Chinese Medicine.

She continues to be a dedicated student of TCM, integrating its timeless wisdom with yoga, movement, and modern wellness practices to create a truly holistic approach to health and healing.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a holistic healing system that has been practiced for thousands of years. Rooted in the understanding that health depends on the harmonious flow of Qi, or vital life energy, TCM views the body, mind, and emotions as deeply interconnected. Through the wisdom of the Five Element Theory, each season, organ system, and emotion is understood as part of an ever-changing cycle of balance and transformation.

Throughout our trainings and classes, TCM principles are thoughtfully woven into movement, breathwork, seasonal living, and self-reflection, helping students develop a deeper understanding of themselves while supporting greater vitality, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda, often translated as "the science of life," is one of the world's oldest holistic healing traditions. Originating in India more than 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda teaches that each person possesses a unique constitutional blueprint, known as their dosha, and that true health is achieved by living in harmony with our individual nature and the rhythms of the natural world.

Through mindful lifestyle practices, nutrition, movement, breathwork, meditation, and daily rituals, Ayurveda encourages balance in body, mind, and spirit.

The Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad Gita, often referred to as "The Song of God," is one of the most influential texts in yogic philosophy. Set on a battlefield, it tells the story of Prince Arjuna's inner struggle as he seeks guidance from Lord Krishna on how to live with courage, integrity, and purpose. While the battlefield serves as the setting, it also symbolizes the challenges we all face within ourselves. The Gita offers timeless teachings on dharma (purpose), self-awareness, compassion, mindfulness, and the path to inner freedom. Throughout this training, you'll explore these profound teachings and discover practical ways to apply their wisdom to your own life, relationships, and yoga practice, allowing this ancient text to become a living guide for personal growth and transformation.
