Embodying Flow is a 5-week live experience on Zoom, designed to guide you into deeper alignment—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This is more than just a class series. It’s a sacred container for transformation.

Through soul-nourishing practices rooted in the Five Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, you’ll move through carefully curated yoga sequences, breathwork, meditation, and reflective journaling—each session intentionally crafted to release stuck energy, unlock clarity, and awaken your inner wisdom.

Whether you're feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply ready for more—more presence, more ease, more truth—Embodying Flow offers a pathway back to yourself.

Each week, we’ll journey through a different element and its corresponding meridians—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water - exploring their emotional, energetic, and physical qualities. 

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this immersive program weaves together yoga, breathwork, meditation, and journaling to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit.

Through intentional movement, meditation, breath-work and reflective writing, you’ll uncover patterns, release resistance, and cultivate deeper alignment with your authentic self.  We will close with an optional share circle & mantra.  The final week will be a celebration & action creation to keep your progress going.

How It Works

 

We will follow the live zoom meet up schedule as set out above. Each session will be recorded and uploaded to www.halilove.com for future viewing and incase you need to miss a session.

 

Each week is anchored in a specific meridian pair from TCM (Liver & Gallbladder, Heart & Small Intestine, etc.), corresponding to an element, emotion, and season. You’ll explore:

 

  • Targeted yoga flows that activate and unblock the meridians connected to each organ system.

  • Guided meditations to harmonize your emotional landscape and settle the nervous system.

  • Powerful daily journal prompts to tap into your intuition, reveal patterns, and invite new possibilities.

  • Twisting postures to stimulate Large Intestine meridian

  • Breath-centered movement

Water Element

 

Build inner strength, access courage, ground your nervous system.

Emotion: Fear & Willpower

  • Forward folds and hip openers

  • Spine-lengthening and backbends

  • Slow, grounding breathwork

WEEK 3

Expand & Grow

 

Liver & Gallbladder Meridians

Release frustration, clarify your vision, embrace growth.

Emotion: Anger & Vision

Yoga Focus:

  • Side body lengthening and twisting

  • Hip releases and strong standing poses

  • Flow with moments of stillness

Open & Connect

 

Small Intestine Meridians

Fire Element

Focus: Opening the heart, joy, and authentic expression.

Emotion: Joy & Connection

 

Yoga Focus:

  • Heart openers and chest expansion

  • Arm balancing and upper spine activation

  • Energizing breath practices

WEEK5

Integrate & Nourish

 

Spleen & Stomach Meridians

Earth Element

 

Focus: Centering, integration, self-nourishment.

Emotion: Worry & Stability

Yoga Focus:

  • Core activation and balance

  • Gentle twists and grounding flows

  • Savasana with guided visualization
